Clinical Interests

My training is as a generalist, though my approach tends to lean toward humanistic frameworks with CBT and narrative/constructivist influences woven in. I have particular interests in working with depression, anxiety, trauma and PTSD, self-exploration, and identity development, and I'm also beginning to explore sports psychology. That said, I'm happy to work with a wide range of concerns and identities. Whatever brings you in, my goal is to create a warm, comfortable space where you feel comfortable exploring the things that feel hardest to say out loud.

Professional History

I am a third-year doctoral student at the University of Tennessee pursuing my PhD in Counseling Psychology. I completed my B.A. in Psychology at the University of North Texas, where I was also a member of the track and cross-country teams. Before joining UTK, I spent two years conducting research on veterans, traumatic brain injury, and PTSD, work that deepened my commitment to trauma-informed care. I come to Archway from the University of Tennessee Psychological Clinic, where I gained broad clinical experience working with a diverse range of clients and concerns.

Personal Interests

When I'm not in the office, you'll likely find me outside, whether that's running, hiking, or just finding a good spot to read. I love cooking, testing my trivia knowledge with friends, and watching sports (soccer and football especially).
