Finding a safe space is the first step towards healing.

  • Individual Therapy

We offer confidential, one-on-one therapy for both adults and children, thoughtfully tailored to provide the support you need in a safe, compassionate setting. We are committed to creating a judgment-free space where you or your child can share openly, allowing us to better understand your experiences and support your goals moving forward.

  • Couples Therapy

Our couples sessions are designed for partners looking to improve communication, enhance understanding, or address other presenting concerns in their relationship. We view every unique couple from an objective lens using an integrated approach to therapy in hopes that their time with us helps them heal and grow together.

  • Group Therapy

Group therapy can feel intimidating at first, but our intentionally small groups of 5–8 people create a safe, supported space to share and heal alongside others. We meet individually with each person beforehand to ensure a good fit and walk through how confidentiality works in a group setting. Research consistently shows that group therapy is just as effective as individual therapy, often at a more accessible cost.

    Rate: $60–75/75–90 minutes

  • EMDR Intensives*

EMDR Intensives are 2-3 day-long days using EMDR (eye movement desensitization and reprocessing) therapy as the main approach to treatment. Days begin at 9:00a and end at 4:00p with an hour-long lunch break. EMDR intensives also include a 60-minute introductory session and a 60-minute virtual follow-up session, as well as a pre-treatment workbook to help you set goals and get the most out of your experience.

  • Couples Intensives

A tailored, 3–4 hour therapeutic experience designed for couples ready to create real change. Using an EFT framework, we work to uncover and shift longstanding patterns, fostering deeper understanding, emotional safety, and lasting connection.
