To create empowerment is to create freedom in life, work, and beyond. Confiding in someone about your hardest times can be difficult and I am here to help guide you on that path. I wholeheartedly believe that everyone deserves a safe, comfortable space for self exploration. What does it look like, feel like, and how do we nurture it? Personally, I take an Interpersonal Process approach while also incorporating core concepts from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, and Person Centered approaches. I believe to first start processing, we must build a strong foundation of skills and rapport, eventually moving into a deeper space when you are ready.
My goal is to always meet you where you are on your therapeutic journey. I encourage open communication, planning, and problem solving to ensure you are having the best experience possible.
It is time for you to know how valued you truly are. You deserve a space specifically curated to your needs!

Personal Interests
I am a very avid reader, love spending time with my dog Theo, and always save as much time as I can for friends and family. I’ve loved exploring the Knoxville area and have found that Cades Cove is my favorite place to spend a day! I’m originally from Florida so of course I also love a good beach day!
